Saint Gabriel Day Care Center has been serving the community since 1970 under the supervision of The Poor Sisters of Saint Joseph. The rewards of our staff are finding joy in the interests, development, and well-being of each child under our care and supervision. Our main goal is to share with everyone the love of God; and so, we care for the children seeing them as Children of God. We strongly believe that children must enjoy their age and develop their independence through Creative Play. Play for children is the most important and necessary thing and it is through play that children learn what no one can teach them. Learning is not just repeating what someone else says; it requires active thinking and experimenting to find out how things work and to learn firsthand about the world we live in. Our Sisters and staff are here to help the children develop, not only physically, emotionally, cognitively and socially, but most importantly spiritually. Our labor and prayers are dedicated that the children may encounter Jesus Christ in everything they do each day.
