About Me
I hold an Associate's Degree in English Teaching and have 12 years of experience working in child care facilities and as a preschool teacher. My journey in education began in Australia, where I studied Early Childhood Education. Since then, I've worked as a for 10 years as an assistant in other daycares. I speak both English and Farsi.
Starting my own daycare has always been a dream of mine. With encouragement from friends and family, I've turned that dream into reality. Being a mother myself, I know how precious your children are, and I strive to create a safe and loving environment where they can thrive. Safety is my top priority—I'm certified in C.P.R., First Aid, and M.A.T.
Flexible Programs & Hours
At Ashburn Farm Children's Place, we offer flexible programs for busy families. Our daycare is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, providing both full-time care for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Whether you need child care for your infant and toddler or preschool education for your little one getting ready for kindergarten, we're here to support your needs.
Our child care facility is conveniently located in the Ashburn Farm neighborhood, near Sanders Corner Elementary School. With easy access to Claiborne Pkwy, Ashburn Farm Pkwy, Belmont Ridge Rd (State Route 659), and the Dulles Greenway Toll Rd (Route 267), drop-offs and pick-ups are a breeze for commuting parents.
A Playful Learning Experience
Our teaching philosophy is play-based and creative, focusing on making learning enjoyable for every child. The curriculum is tailored to each child's age and developmental stage.
For children soon transitioning to preschool, we emphasize math, science, and the arts to prepare them for kindergarten. Science lessons involve simple experiments connected to nature and real-life situations, like exploring the food they eat and learning about interacting with people.
For our little ones below 3 years old, we concentrate on motor skills and language development to build a strong foundation for their future learning. Extra-curricular activities include reading, writing, baking, and arts & crafts, providing a well-rounded experience that nurtures their creativity and curiosity.
Comfortable & Secure Facility
Our daycare is designed to keep your children safe and engaged. We have a fenced playground, an indoor gym and multipurpose room, and even iPads/Tablets for educational activities. For your peace of mind, the premises are monitored with video cameras.
We also provide wholesome, homemade lunch and snacks, ensuring your child receives nutritious meals throughout the day. Our meals are peanut-free and tree-nut-free to accommodate children with allergies.

We absolutely loved having our son attend this home daycare. He started attending when he was about three months old and continued until he was almost 2. He would still be there, except that we moved out of state. The caregiver is a kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable childcare provider. She communicates well with parents and children alike. She keeps the areas very clean and tidy, and we always felt very safe sending our son to her daycare. Five stars!

We were incredibly fortunate to have our daughter, Hannah, attend Mrs. M’s childcare from the age of 18 months until she started kindergarten. Mrs. M provided a nurturing, enriching environment that fostered both Hannah's growth and development during these crucial early years.
One of the standout aspects of Mrs. M’s childcare was the homemade food she lovingly prepared each day. Knowing that our child was eating healthy, nutritious meals gave us peace of mind. Mrs. M places a strong emphasis on balanced meals, using fresh ingredients that helped set a foundation for healthy eating habits.
Outdoor play was another highlight of her childcare. Mrs. M made sure the children spent plenty of time outside, exploring nature, playing games, and engaging in physical activity, rain or shine. This active approach encouraged curiosity and kept the kids energized and engaged.
The educational material Mrs. M provided was thoughtfully curated to suit the children’s age and learning stages. Hannah particularly enjoyed the interactive learning sessions, from hands-on crafts to early literacy and numeracy games.
