Kingdom Care is a licensed large family childcare for twelve in Bowie, MD. Kelly Gates cares for children as young as 48 months through 10 years old. Kingdom Care is a Christian Enrichment Program that offers various services to enhance children's lives.The prekindergarten curriculum is for four year olds or five year olds with a late birthday, who missed the kindergarten deadline. In addition to the accredited curriculum, prekindergarten students participate in open gymnastics time, weekly library and weekly dramatic play at a childrens museum. The elementary students are given one on one assistance for homework and provided enrichment group activities after homework. Television is not a part of the childcare program! Kingdom Care is amazing!!! My son loved his time there last summer, and he cannot wait to come to camp again this year. My son loved all the activities! His favorite was going to the field trips - MyGym! He met a couple of friends, which he still talks to today. I highly recommend this camp! There are a ton of enriching and fun activities planned for the children, including Arts & Crafts, STEM, Bible, Adventure Story, Show & Tell, and more! I loved that Daily Academics and Journal Time was also included in the agenda so the children wouldn’t be rusty for the school year. Kingdom Care is well organized, and the director/owner does an excellent job of communicating with the parents. I loved the app that she used to post messages about what they were doing each day as well as photos. The check in/out and COVID protocols made my husband I feel our son would be safe and extremely well taken care of at the camp. The facility is very clean, and the kids have plenty of space to get engage. I love that every week during camp has a new theme!

August this year will make 1 year my son Giovanni been with Kingdom care . My son attended this center Aug last year for Before and After care and she help my family especially with aftercare picking up my son from Kenilworth elementary . My son was diagnosed with autism and he had an IEP . When I told Mrs Kelly my goals for Gio , he came home everyday with the best improvement development I ever seen . This man education was amazing and he A+ all his goals . From learning bible scriptures , saying his prayer every day and night and telling his dad and I what he learn stem, math , reading and even new activities at the center that I wish I did when I was back in daycare. Mrs . Kelly bought tears to my family because I can’t believe my son build up so much education, learning skills from her . Her staff is 100% excellent. The commutation I love so much . Gio comes home with a summary about his day and I love it . I wish there is more then one childcare center out here like Mrs Kelly . I pray she open more location because this is one center I will never stop going. My son is already enrolled for the summer camp 2023. Mrs. Kelly and her team provide so much hard working in each everyone of her students. Thank you for all you do for each and everyone of our children at Kingdom Care .

Kingdom Summer Camp Care is an amazing camp. One of the best in the DMV. This is a Christian-based camp. Ms. Kelly is an amazing teacher, while teaching Godly principles to your child. She is dedicated to the your child's education and their well being. I feel peaceful knowing my child is in good loving care. This place is like a 2nd home for my child. I highly recommend Kingdom Care to anyone looking for a safe and Christian-based camp.

My son has been at KingdomCare for almost a year now for both aftercare and summer camp and we have experienced nothing but compassion and love Mrs. Kelly has great compassionate staff and love is displayed DAILY. I trust my baby @KingdomCare he’s safe and loved there. Mrs.Kelly has been an absolute blessing to my family in more ways than one and I love the Christian aspect. it’s a A++ for KingdomCare from my family we’re EXTREMELY SATISFIED!

All necessary forms including deposit (which overs the last week of school) were submitted, Ms. Kelly suddenly cancelled my child's admission without notice or warning. It has taken 4 days of back and forth to retrieve my deposit. I agree with the other reviewer that Ms. Kelly is extremely argumentative and rigid. She will get loud and talk over you. There's absolutely no flexibility. It's her way or the highway. If she's this way with an adult, consider how she is with a child who's vulnerable. Don't trust your child in the wrong hands, PLEASE shop around.

Kingdom Care is an excellent Daycare and has an even better after school program that caters to the christian family. The teachers are friendly, kind and patient with each child.The activities and projects that my child does and brings home always brightens up her day and makes it so that she never wants to leave. I would recommend Ms.Gates and her daycare and program to anyone interested in child care.

My daughter has been attending Kingdom Care Childcare since this past year. We started out coming for playgroups, which blossomed into her coming full time for preschool. Mrs. Kelly the provider and her staff are passionate about the kids and made my daughter and I feel welcomed since the day we stepped in the door. Mrs. Kelly has a Christian curriculum which she follows by for teaching the preschoolers and, outings every week which my daughter enjoys and looks forward to! Overall Kingdom Care is a place I would recommend to family and friends!

Please beware of this provider. Mrs. Kelly is very rude to parents and she extremely argumentative. She does not follow her own policies and procedures and she does not practice Christian values. Be very, very, very cautious.
