About

OPENINGS: We are full at this time.
Welcome to Crofton Commons Children's Den, my bilingual Spanish daycare and preschool in Centreville, VA. My child care facility is located in the Crofton Commons neighborhood, right off Old Centreville Road and Compton Road (route 658). I have easy access to all major roads, so your commute to work will be very convenient: Ordway Rd (route 658), Centreville Rd (route 28), Lee Hwy (US-29), and the I-66 are all within easy reach. Contact me on CareLuLu, and you will get your $100 registration fee waived!
About Me:
I’m the owner and main caregiver of this small home-based child care and early childhood education program. I’m a professional caregiver with 10 years of experience, so you can be sure that your little one is safe with me at all times. I only accept a maximum of 4 children, therefore all kids in my care receive plenty of individualized attention.
Program:
Crofton Commons Children's Den is a bilingual Spanish program, so I teach kids Spanish in addition to English. This is a wonderful opportunity for your little one to become bilingual at a young age. I provide lunch and snacks to all kids attending my program and these are already included in the tuition. My in-home daycare is open year-round from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Mondays through Fridays. I can offer full-time and part-time care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers between the age of 1 month and 5 years old. I can also accommodate before and after school care for school-age kids up to 13 years old (I’m close to Centreville Elementary School).
Health & Safety:
I maintain a peanut and tree-nut free environment to prevent possible allergies. In light of current circumstances, COVID procedures include regular sanitization and handwashing throughout the day, and sanitize highchairs and clean the carpets at the end of the day. We also use gloves when cleaning the children's faces and noses.

started taking my 11 month old and I can see the change since going to this daycare. He will go to her when I drop him off with arms open which gives me a relief that he’s well taken care of. I am so thankful I found her because it’s so hard nowadays to find a good daycare.

We started our 7 month old with this caregiver after moving to area and it was a wonderfully easy transition. We’ve continued to have a great experience, easy communication, especially with the transition from bottles to food (our child has gone back and forth between milk schedules and she’s been very understanding of this and flexible with his meals), and best of all our child is always a happy, giggly baby at pickup.

She is amazing, extremely kind, compassionate, always calm. she never raises her voice, she truly loves the children she watches. she feeds them well and helps them with various activities. my children adore her and they call her mom. she is great and I have had nothing but an amazing experience with her.
