literally THE WORST childcare experience having my two oldest sons attend this center for before / aftercare. It’s a free for all for the kids once they arrive and not in a good way. they are all stuck in one small area inside the building, parked in front of the tv or tablets, staff are nothing more than playmates, the outdoor area is on a concrete block which the kids can access IF a staff member decides they feel like taking them out side. The tuition was ridiculously high, and even after pulling my kids from the center, they continued to collect on the childcare vouchers. I was receiving from the state for months as they flat out, failed to complete the necessary paperwork on there and, confirming that my sons were no longer in attendance which intern made it impossible for me to use their vouchers at a different center since they were being collected on despite them not being present at the facility anymore
