Welcome to Morning View Kids Place, my licensed home-based daycare and preschool in Alexandria, VA. My child care facility is in the Island Creek neighborhood, right off Morning View Ln and Beulah St (near Island Creek Elementary School). My child care facility is conveniently located to all commuters since I'm within easy access to all major roads: Telegraph Rd (route 611), Fairfax County Pkwy (route 286), and the I-95 Henry G. Shirley Memorial Hwy.
About Me
I’m the owner and main caregiver of this loving and nurturing child care and preschool program. I’m a mother of 3 and I have over 10 years of professional experience, so you can be sure that your child is in good hands! I’m also CPR & First-aid certified and have worked in a hospital for five years. I also stay abreast of my field and regularly attend trainings and seminars on early childhood development.
Program
Morning View Kids Place is open throughout the year between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays. I offer a Montessori and play-based early learning program and full-time child care for infants as young as 0 week up to 3 years old. Due to possible allergies, I run peanut and tree-nut free environment.
Facility
My facilities are beautiful and include a large indoor playroom, full of developmentally age-appropriate toys and educational materials. We also have a fenced playground to have fun outdoors when the weather is nice. I also have a dining area for mealtimes and snacks, as well as a separate nursery for naps.

As soon as we visited this daycare, before having our baby, we knew this was the place for us! The daycare owner and her team have made sending our daughter to daycare a smooth transition. They support all of our goals when it comes to hitting her milestones and development. She and her staff are genuinely happy to see our daughter everyday and make us feel secure in that this is the best place for her.

This provider is amazing! Her day care is super clean and inviting. She has a big back yard for little ones to run around and burn off that extra energy. There is a small group of toddlers in her care which is really great because we feel that they get more one on one time with the teachers.

Highly recommended daycare. The provider and her staff are professional, caring, and thoughtful! She not only cares for our child daily, but has consistently provided helpful tips/guidance when asked. The daycare provides for a very clean environment and they care for all kids and always follow up with parents! This is a great childcare provider. She really takes care of the kids as if they were her own. Her place is beautiful with dedicated spaces for infants and toddlers. She not only provides care, she also ensures that the kids have a learning experience. This day care is the best. We knew we loved this provider from the moment we met her. She is caring, patient, and loving. I was so nervous to leave my 4 month old with someone other than family but after that first day I felt like she was family. I love the big smile my little one has when I drop her off in the morning.
