My goal is to provide quality child care to every child in a safe and happy environment where children can learn and grow. I am a mother of 2 and have almost 10 years of experience in child care. I'm also CPR and first-aid certified, as well as MAT trained (i.e. I can administer medication to your child, if needed).
Cedar Tree Kids Daycare is a year-round home daycare located near Cedar Tree Drive and McKnew Local Park in Burtonsville, MD. My family child care program is off Columbia Pike (route 29) and Sandy Spring Rd (route 198), a few minutes away from the I-95 and Intercounty Connector (Toll Road, route 200).
My child care home is open from 7:00am until 6:00pm and I provide care for children between the ages of 0 and 5 years old (starting with infants as young as 6 weeks). I have a preschool curriculum that includes circle time, arts and crafts, letters, etc. We offer both full time and part time daycare, and I also offer before and after-school care for school-age kids up to 12 years old.
To prevent the spread of viruses and protect the kids, I clean the toys every night and wash their hands in between diaper changes, lunch, and activities.

We love this caregiver! Since enrolling our daughter she has become more social and is learning her numbers, ABCs and colors. She loves her friends at daycare and her teacher. The caregiver is so kind and has even sent our daughter home with gifts for the holidays.

Our daughter has been at this daycare since she was 10 months old. She has grown and learned so much in the past 3 years. This provider is so loving and attentive to the children. She engages them with fun and educational activities and our daughter loves it there. We were so happy to find such a warm and caring environment close to home and truly highly recommend this daycare!

This provider has been a gift to our family. She is so organized, warm, and nurturing. She's able to get our toddler son to eat foods and take naps when he won't even do it for us! He adores her, and she treats him in a loving way, even calling to check on him when he's been out sick and giving him a christmas gift. This provider is a dream come true. Her loving caring nature is everything you would want in a child care provider. Being my first time selecting child care, I really appreciated the fact that she is easy to communicate with, keeps you updated daily on how your child’s day went and makes you feel like family!

Parents please do it put your child at this woman’s daycare! She is dangerous! It was ruled out that our son was physically abused in the hands of this woman. This woman paint an immaculate home, she seems as if she is the nicest, when you offer to bring our child downstairs to the daycare she insists it is okay she’ll bring him down. This daycare is awesome! At first I was hesitant to put him ANYWHERE (being that it is my first baby). However, we did our research and collectively as a family we decided to put our precious baby there.

I would recommend this daycare to any parent. The provider was always pleasant, and attentive to my child and her needs. The daycare was also always very clean. I was very nervous to send my baby to daycare, but my experience with this daycare eased my fears and made for a pleasant transition.

This provider is wonderful with my 5month old daughter. She is very calm and patient with the kids. Her home is always clean and the daycare portion is well organized. She is attentive to each child's personal needs and parent's request.

My daughter has now been attending this daycare for 14 months, and we have continued to have a wonderful experience! She is always excited to see the daycare provider. The provider even calls to check on her when she is out sick. This provider is amazing with our son. She is beyond caring and attentive. We were very uneasy about putting him into daycare before he turned one year old. She helped us get him acclimated at his pace. She kept in contact with us to put us at ease. He loves her! We couldn't ask for a better care giver for our son.

My Child attended this day care from 2012 til year as he graduated from 5th. She us clean, her facility is always clean, safe for me not to worry when I drop my child there. She is very professional, love the children and take good care of them. If you are looking for a safe caring environment to leave your child, this child care is your place. You will have a piece of mind that your child is in wonderful hands.
