Sunshine Pinetree Day Camp, Canyon Country

Sunshine Day Camp provides a clean, enthusiastic environment managed by competent, trustworthy people. What we really offer is peace of mind for parents. Our staff is professional, communicative, caring, creative, and a lot of fun! In our school-age program, we strive for a summer camp atmosphere all year round. We sing, play, craft, and even get a few grass stains. The goal is to provide an enjoyable environment, not just babysitting. We do all of these things while keeping the kids’ bodies and personal belongings safe. We absolutely have safety foremost in our minds, but we are proud of the fact that we know how to play at Sunshine Day Camp. While it’s good to have fun, it’s important to have structure and purpose, too. Sunshine Day Camp's curriculum is second to none when it comes to recreational school-age programs. Although the educational focus is at the elementary school, we provide daily quiet homework time for children in grades 1-6 and incorporate extracurricular opportunities in art, science, cooking, dramatic play, and more. We also encourage growth in character development.
