Chatham Kids Playhouse is a licensed home-based daycare and preschool in Chicago, IL. My child care facility is located right off S Rhodes Ave in the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago. Your daily commute to work will be very convenient since I’m a few minutes away from the Chicago Skyway (I-90) and Dan Ryan Expy (I-94). I’m the owner and main caregiver of this high-quality family child care and preschool program. I’m a licensed provider with 20 years of professional experience and CPR & First-aid certifications. I also hold a Child Development Associate's Degree. As a parent myself, I know it’s very difficult for you to leave your little one to someone else’s care. If you choose, you can be assured that your child will receive plenty of individualized attention. All kids attending my daycare are treated equally and as if they were my own.

Chatham Kids Playhouse uses the Creative Curriculum and follows the Play-based learning approach. If the weather is nice, we play outside in my backyard playground. My in-home daycare is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays. I provide full-time and part-time in care for infants as young as 6 weeks, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years old. Drop-in care is also available for families only looking for occasional child care needs. Peanut and tree-nut free lunch and snacks are provided to all kids attending my program (included in the tuition). I also offer extended evening child care up to midnight (please note that the standard tuition is for standard hours, 6:00 am-6:00 pm; please email to inquire about night rates). I can accommodate school-age kids up to 12 years old and provide before and after school care. My home is close to Martha M. Ruggles Elementary School, Tanner Elementary School, and Dixon Elementary School.
