Welcome to Cabin Branch Children's Corner, my licensed family child care and preschool program in Clarksburg, MD. My in-home daycare is located in the Cabin Branch neighborhood, right off Clarksburg Rd (route 121). I’m also a few minutes’ drive away from Dwight D. Eisenhower Hwy (I-270), Frederick Rd (route 355), and Clopper Rd (route 117). Perfect for your daily commute to work :)

I’m the owner and main caregiver of this intimate child care and early education program. I’m CPR & First-aid certified and I hold a Child Development Associate's degree. Before opening my own daycare, I was a kindergarten teacher, and I also worked as a child care assistant for another daycare facility. As a parent, I know it’s not easy for you to leave your little one with a stranger while you’re away working, which is why I establish open communication with parents to build a harmonious relationship with them. I want to be your partner in nurturing your child to reach their full potential in all developmental areas.

Cabin Branch Children's Corner is open all year between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. I offer full-time and part-time care for infants as young as 6 weeks, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years old. I provide peanut and tree-nut free snacks to all kids attending my program (included in the tuition). I have a separate nap room with bright walls and carpet, decorated with great learning posters. My goal is to create a comfortable and stimulating environment for your child. I have implemented a preschool play-based curriculum that allows children to explore the world of work and daily lessons through engaging play activities. It's a fun and educational approach to early learning. When it comes to safety, my COVID procedures are stringent. I regularly sanitize doorknobs and all surfaces throughout the day and ensure that the little ones wash their hands after every activity. Your child's health and well-being are my top priorities.
