Mrs. Kim's Family Daycare is a year-round home-based daycare in Clinton, MD. Our family child care program is run by Kim Johnson who has over 15 years of child care experience. We are open from 6:00 am until 5:30 pm and care for children from 6 weeks through 5 years old, including children with special needs. We offer full time and part-time care including drop-in care. My grandson started with Mrs Kim’s day care when he was only six weeks old. He is now five years old and transitioning to kindergarten.

I knew the moment I walked into Mrs. Kim's Daycare that this is where I was going to send my son who was 19 months old at the time. I checked into several other places and this is the one that stood out to me. It was obvious right away that Kim loves what she does and cares about the children. Wow, where do I start...Mrs. Kim is so much more than just a daycare provider, Mrs. Kim has become a part of our family. Our daughter started at the daycare when she was 15 months old. Mrs. Kim was able to instantly make her feel comfortable and safe in her new environment. Mrs Kim is always Fashionable Child appropriately dress and Ready to work and care for our child. Mrs Kim is professional and appears to accommodate every family without appearing overwhelmed. Mrs Kim is amazing!. her center is clean and safe. My 9yr old daughter went to her and now my 2yrs old son goes to her. While I'm at work I absolutely never worry about my child. Mrs. Kim has been our family’s trusted daycare provider for our daughter since she was about 1yo and we are so very grateful for her. Mrs. Kim has been a crucial figure in our daughter’s life ever since I returned to work. My daughter loves to go to daycare each day and often times pushes me out the door so that she can get her day started. I am amazed by how much she has learned at Mrs. Kim’s daycare. I would definitely recommend Mrs. Kim to any parent who is looking for a childcare provider that will ensure their child’s needs are priority.

My rating reflects the love and care Mrs. Kim has provided since my son was 6 weeks. He is a toddler now and she continues to provide excellent care. I appreciate the learning tools she suggested to assist my toddler progress to the next level. I am glad I selected her to take care of my precious son. Thank you Mrs. Kim.

My son Dianté (TJ) has been going to Mrs. Kim for about a year and six months. TJ loves Mrs. Kim he is always talking about her and the other children. As a first time mom I was a little skeptical about leaving him with a complete stranger, but Mrs. Kim definitely eased my mind and made me feel comfortable and OK with leaving him. Mariah has been attending Mrs. Kim's since she was an infant. This it the only place we have ever left her and we have no concerns that she will be loved and care for. I will never forget, new parents, when we first met Mrs. Kim and she made sure that questions we did not even think to ask, she answered. This is a loving environment and you will never worry about the care of your precious one.

My toddler has been attending for 6 months and has done tremendously well. Ms. Kim has helped to transition my daughter from breastfeeding to solids and also helped to sleep train. My daughter loves Ms. Kim and the friends she met. Very nice practice and I highly recommend.
