The Pierce Academy, Coppell

We use the ABEKA curriculum throughout our school. This is an advanced phonics-based program that centers on teaching children to read. We firmly believe that reading is the foundation for all other learning and by laying a strong foundation in reading, your child will be poised for success in learning throughout their educational career. The curriculum also includes a daily bible time where children are taught familiar bible stories and Christian values in a non-denominational manner. Math, science, art, and social skills training are also a vital part of the program. Regular weekly activities include music, spanish and art. The entire school participates in a weekly assembly program that is led by Mr. Pierce and includes singing fun songs and a brief bible lesson that teaches core values of love for God and love for other people.
