Noah's Ark Children's Center, Eureka

Noah's Ark children's Center is one of the first intergenerational child care programs in the nation. The focus for this program is to have interaction between youth and seniors of our community. There is a weekly program geared for the children of Noah's Ark Children's Center and the senior residents of Maple Lawn to work together on a themed activity. Some children visit specific residents on a regular basis to share books and stories. The children walk throughout the grounds of Maple Lawn, as well as the Health Center regularly to share smiles with the residents. All of Noah's Ark staff, children, and families have the opportunity to not only share new traditions, but also learn the importance of what the residents can help us. Noah's Ark Children's Center offers quality day care service to working parents. Also offered are three individual Preschool Programs, which are designed to meet the needs of all families. Before and After School care is also available.
