Graham Park Playhouse is a bilingual Spanish daycare and preschool in Falls Church, VA. I’m the owner of this home-based daycare, and I’m a licensed child care provider with more than 11 years of experience. I’m CPR& First-aid certified and I offer a safe environment where your kids can learn and grow. Aside from my professional experience, I also have firsthand experience with my own kids (I have 3 children of my own). I love children, and I genuinely enjoy playing and spending time with them! Although working with children can sometimes be challenging and tiring (they can be moody sometimes, or unpredictable), I truly love what I do, and it makes my "job" easier!

Aside from free play, kids are also engaged in fun, educational activities such as finger painting, coloring, and arts & crafts. I also teach them ABCs, colors, and shapes, and I make sure that children know how to share and be kind to each other. I also bring the kids to my backyard playground so they can have some outdoor playtime if the weather permits. Graham Park Playhouse is a bilingual Spanish program, so I teach kids the Spanish language in addition to English (I have books and learning materials in Spanish). This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to become bilingual at a young age. I invested in my daycare to make it more stimulating and inviting to the kids. It is well-furnished and a perfect preschool-style space with lots of educational materials and toys for all age groups. There are also wall decors like learning curriculum posters and educational charts posted on the walls and organized shelves that have smaller toys and puzzles for infants and larger activity sets for toddlers.

My family child care program and preschool program is open all throughout the year from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. I offer various flexible options to accommodate the needs of busy families, such as full-time and part-time care for newborn babies, toddlers, and preschoolers up to 5 years old (including children with special needs). I also accommodate drop-in child care. I serve peanut and tree-nut free lunch and snacks to all kids in my care (included in the tuition). For school-age kids up to 12 years old, I can provide before and after school care and if needed, transportation can be arranged (I can also provide free transportation within 3 miles). My Home is close to Graham Road Elementary School, Timber Lane Elementary School, Westlawn Elementary School, and Pine Spring Elementary School.
