About Us:
I’m the owner and main caregiver of this facility, and I have 15 years of child care and early childhood education experience. I’m a mom of five children, so I have plenty of first-hand experience with my own kids. My assistant, who has a decade of experience, complements our team's expertise, ensuring that every child receives personalized attention. I have invested in my program, facility, and my rapport with the children is excellent, ensuring that each child feels connected and supported.
Facility:
Our daycare is a safe place where your child's well-being and growth are our top priorities. We make sure that each child in our care is happy and thriving by creating a nurturing and engaging environment tailored to their individual needs and interests. The space is very bright and welcoming, designed to feel like an open learning environment. With bright carpets, foam mats, and activity sets for infants and toddlers, the space is both fun and educational. We've also invested in an interactive sensory station that the children will love.
Program:
Timber Lane Children's Corner is open all year-round from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer full-time and drop-in care for infants as young as 4 months, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years old. Tree-nut free snacks and lunch are already included in the tuition and provided to all kids attending our program. We can also accommodate school-age kids up to 12 years old and offer before and after school care (our daycare is close to Timber Lane Elementary School).
Curriculum:
Our daily routine includes reading books, playing music, and dancing during circle time and outdoor playtime in the morning and afternoon. We cover essential topics like numbers, colors, shapes, days of the week, and months of the year. By the time children are ready to start school, they can spell their names and are beginning to do simple math and additions!
