Root To Wings Childcare, Fuquay Varina

Privately owned Childcare Facility located in Fuquay-Varina NC. I provide care for ages 6 weeks to 12 school-aged children. My childcare business is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. However, I'm also licensed for second shift hours as well if anyone wanted a date night or time away. I also offer before and after-school care (I have a personal transportation vehicle), drop-ins, summer campers, and part time. I have my Degree in Early Childhood Education and over twelve years' experience in working with all ages. With this I plan on implementing age- appropriate lesson plans covering various theme related learning topics daily. I will offer a well-balanced meal plan severed with milk with each meal/snack. I have a room specifically designed for quieter activities such as art and reading and I have a room separately for louder centers an activities such as dramatic play, blocks, computers, etc. I have a large fenced-in play area for at minimum of 1-2 hrs of play per day. I'm a huge believer in children learning through play!
