Frontiers Family Childcare is a year-round home-based daycare in Gaithersburg, MD. Our family child care program is run by Asim Yousafzai who holds a PhD degree and Champa Yousafzai who has 3 years of child care experience.
We are open from 7:00am until 6:00pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care, including drop in care. We also have summer camp, as well as before and after school care for children up to 12 years old.
We provide meals and offer a peanut free environment. Frontiers Family Childcare is a language immersion program that offers Urdu and Pashto. With a focus on preparing children for school through a play-based teaching philosophy, the team will work to foster a love of learning in a supportive and inclusive environment.

I'm so thankful for this Family Child Care! The teachers are very flexible and understanding to communicate clear information to prepare my son to have a smooth transition in child care. He enjoys going to day care so much! I'm already seeing some improvements what he's learning and bringing back home. It's a safe, private place for a nice small group of kids to learn.

We are so pleased that they have decided to open their own program. This daycare provider has been taking care of family's children for several years and she has a natural ability of being comfortable and gentle with kids. I'm sure their program will do great with kids in the area.
