Azita's Loving DayCare is located in the Chadswood neighborhood of Germantown, right off Germantown Rd (route 118), near Clear Spring local park. The child care facility is just a few minutes from Frederick Rd (route 255) and the I-270.
About Me:
Dear parents, I am Azita Rahmani, and I'd like to welcome you to Azita's Loving DayCare, my home-based daycare and preschool in Germantown, MD. I’m the owner and main caregiver and I have 20 years of experience in providing nurturing child care and quality early education. I hold an Associate’s degree in Communication and I’m CPR & First-aid certified, as well as MAT trained (so I can safely administer medication to all children attending my program).
I first obtained my daycare license in 2004 but my exposure to child care began at a very young age, as I helped my mother take care of my siblings. Being the only daughter among ten children, and without other household help, my mother and I were solely responsible for caring for my younger siblings. My own daughter is now all grown up, and as a mother myself, I can assure you that your little one is in good hands!
Curriculum & Program:
It has been proven that children learn best through play, which is why I decided to follow the Play-based learning principles. This approach helps children to grow and develop valuable skills. In addition to English, I also speak Farsi and German and if you want, I can expose your little one to these foreign languages (however, my daycare is not a bilingual daycare or language immersion program).
My family child care and preschool program is open year-round from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. I can provide full-time and part-time care for infants as young as 3 months, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years old. I can also provide before and after school care are both available for older kids, up to 6 years old (my home is near Capt. James E. Daly Elementary School). Healthy snacks are already included in the tuition and served to all students.

My son was with Ms. Azita since he was 9 months old. Ms. Azita is great at communicating regarding the needs of the child. The space is clean and organized and she made it fun for the kids. I highly recommend her.

This caregiver has cared for all my 3 children starting with my first one when she was little. We've used a couple of babysitters, another daycare and her daycare in a period of 5years, but no one else has actually really invested in teaching our kids the way she has. This provider is a godsend! Shes very attentive and kind, she treats every child in her care like she would her own. I couldnt recommend her enough take it from me a first time mom! I know the feeling of wanting to ensure youre leaving your child in the right hands and Ive been blessed to find that in this provider.

Overall this provider is a wonderful loving lady. The house is always clean and she also teaches Eli colors shapes as well as how to crawl. I feel that her daycare is a safe and secure place. She also Teaches the children how to be independent. Splendid atmosphere she’s like the baby whisperer.

This provider turned out to be more than a provider to my daughter and I. She turned into a 2nd mother to me and a grandmother to my child. I do not have the words to truly Express the exceptional care this provider gave to my son. She began watching him when he was 3 months old and was like a second mother to him. In fact, she was the only person that could feed him with a bottle when I was still nursing him. He never got sick when she cared for him and it was always a home away from home for him.
