Granada Preschool, Granada Hills

Granada Preschool was founded in 1963 by Margaret Mitchell. She was a visionary in the field of early childhood education. Many of the ideas she championed in the early '60s have come to be established principles in the field: the value of play in developing social skills and kindergarten readiness, a balance between academic and center based philosophies and the concept of the outdoor classroom. In 2013 we celebrated our 50th anniversary. We are proud of our past and look forward to continuing to provide a quality preschool experience in the years to come.
