Brighter Day's Child Care, Moreno Valley

Our in home daycare/preschool provides families with the convenience of early morning care for those early shifts. We have been serving families for 11 years in Moreno Valley. Our daily activities consist of weekly themes that engage children through play. We typically welcome children in from 5-8 am children still want to rest on bean bags in the early mornings. 7:45 am - 8:30 am breakfast is served and older children leave for school. 8:30 am - 9:00 am clean up breakfast and children, potty breaks and manipulative play. 9:00 am- 12:00 noon. We begin with circle time on the rug where we share stories, work on calendar, days of the week, months of the year and fun learning songs. 9:30 am children are offered a variety of toys, games and activities that are geared towards enhancing their growth and development. 9:45 am outside time. 10:15 am group activities this may include arts & crafts, science & discovery, games, puzzles etc. Some days this will be a planned activity based on our current theme or skill focus other days the children will be giving materials to work on their own creations as we finish our activity the children will move onto free play. 11:00 am clean up toys are put away hands are washed children have potty breaks before lunch. We prep mats for nap-time and set up table for lunchtime. 11:30 am - 12:00 noon lunch. 12:00 noon - 12:30 pm clean up, potty breaks, story. Children get ready for a rest time . 12:30 pm-2:30 pm nap time. 3:00 pm nutritious snacks 3:30 pm Circle for interactive music, dance, and share special news. 4:15 pm free play if weather permits we may go outside, children get ready to go home.
