The Robert E. Simon Jr. Children’s Center is designed to meet the emotional, social, physical, and intellectual needs of children in a safe, child-oriented environment. The Center is a non-profit Corporation created to meet the child care needs of the community.
The Center respects and accommodates the developmental stages of each child. Early childhood educators know that children learn best through play and our Center is designed to promote active learning through play. We welcome diversity and therefore support children in the acquisition of their home language while teaching English in the classroom.
The Simon Center operates from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., five days a week, Monday through Friday, year round. The Center is closed for select holidays and three professional development days during the year.
