Carrie's Daycare, Smithsburg

I have been in business since 1999 and have been doing what I love ever since! I have three children of my own, and lots of experience. I may not be a "center", but I consider my daycare an educational place to be. I not only work on the basics of education to prepare the children for school, but I also teach the children how to care for themselves and help them to become more independent. There are quite a few things that I have learned working with children... They are so amazingly smart, and very capable of understanding and doing many things. But, most importantly, I have learned after all these years, when I think I have them all figured out, I meet one who proves me wrong! Other than children, my two favorite things are books and plants!
