About
Our preschool has classes for 3, 4, and 5-year-olds including Junior Kindergarten. The program provides a loving, Christian atmosphere and age-appropriate experiences to enable the children to grow emotionally, socially, mentally and physically. The faculty strives to create an environment in which true reverence for life and respect for self and others is evident and modeled. The majority of classes are half-day sessions ranging from 2 - 5 days per week depending on age. Tuition rates range from $175 - $380 per month. Please consult the web site for the most current classes and tuition rates. The School year runs from September through May. Summer classes available for registered students. We offer Lunch Bunch: Monday - Friday for $10 per day
All of our areas are well equipped with a wide variety of materials and age-appropriate play equipment. The children work and play with a group of 8 - 10 children and their teacher. They begin the session in their homeroom. The teacher plans and facilitates four sessions of activities for the group every day. It is the goal of each teacher to provide a balance of free-play and teacher-directed experiences that will stimulate the child's curiosity, interest, imagination, and creativity.
The facility is set up with learning centers located in nine classrooms and a large gym. The centers include three art rooms, a children's library, a full-size gym, and a playroom, a language arts area, a music room, a hands-on science and math area, and a role-playing area. The Children's Garden is certified by the Arbor Day Foundation and Dimensions in Education as a Nature Explore Classroom. This is our 6th year for certification. It is truly a space that connects children with nature. There is always something new to explore and discovery to make.
Our faculty is well educated and dedicated. The current faculty of 15 has over 200 years of experience teaching. To learn more about them, please visit our website.
Note from CareLuLu:Â Please note this child care program has a License-Exempt status, it is not State Licensed. States have different licensing regulations, but in general, not all child care programs are required to have a license. License-exempt facilities can operate legally without a license, and have typically received permission to do so (this is different from a child care provider who is legally required to have a license but does not have one). License-exempt programs (such as Religiously exempt facilities or Certified preschools) are typically exempt from some of the mandatory State license requirements.
Disclaimer: the licensing status was checked when this listing was created. We do our best to keep information up-to-date, but cannot guarantee that it is. You should verify the license/permit/registration status before enrolling in any child care program.
