Little Destiny Literacy and Discovery Child Development Center, Raleigh

The goal for the children at Little Destiny Literacy and Discovery Child Development Center is to provide a safe and rich learning experience designed to meet both their individual and developmental needs. The goal for the parents of our children is two-fold. First, to support fulfillment of their educational and occupational goals by providing a safe, nurturing, and affordable programs where they can be confident that their child(ren) are well cared for and educated. Second, our goal is to partner with the parents by supporting their roles as the most influential person in the young child's life. We would also like to collaborate on projects and lead the community by providing services, training, research, and hands on experiences that promote culturally positive interactions with families, students, faculty, and staff. We believe parents are the most important adults in a child's life. We want to develop a respectful partnership between teaches and parents. We assist the parent and ultimately the child when we provide support, encouragement, and education for the parent. Our families can be comfortable that their children are taken care of by well educated individuals and that there are over forty years of experience running the facility. Open Houses are held on Thursdays from 7pm - 8pm.
