My child has been in this program for one year and she is very excited to go to daycare. The provider is caring and loving and the staff are as well. They make sure that my child is clean during pick up and I'm always informed of my child's progress. Thanks to The Write Way Daycare I can work my evening job and know my children are safe. I have referred friends and family to this daycare and they are pleased as well. Thanks to this daycare parents that work the evening shift have a safe program for their children.

This place is terrible much like the review above i had many issues with my daughter being there from 1) her being picked up with st all over the inside of her clothes to 2) them saying that my mother could not pick her up anymore (even though she was on the pickup list) because my mother would tell me about anything she felt was off. 3) They take forever to open the door whether it be to drop off or pick up your child. 4) Shana advised me that she would like my mother to text her 10 minutes before picking my daughter up so that "my daughter would be ready to be picked up" then took it back and stated that is not what she said. Very sketchy.... 5) i was told by Shana not to bring any more samdwhiches (bread) for my daughter (she had recently before that came off of baby food) somehow i was told that my daughter kept spitting it out and throwing it on the floor. But everytime i fed her a PB&J she ate it just fine it just took her a little bit (only has 5 teeth currently) (since one day ago that rule has been lifted) now found a better day care same weekly rate that includes food AND THEY ACTUALLY ARE PROFESSIONAL! unlike this place. Amanda the owner is a wonderful woman very nice and kind seems to like kids just wish she had better employees..... After discussion with her and already finding new day care i requested a copy of the contract, Shana gave me only two pages of it and refused to give me a copy of the full packet that i had went through with her when enrolling my child. She then continued to text me saying that i was being irrational for asking for that. She denied my request then told me to call the other day care because she wants today to be my daughters last day. VERY RUDE. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I continued to say that i wil lbe informing their licenser and that she was rude. Iplan to speak to whomever i have to to make sure this never happens to another parent! A few times i had got home late and texted her after 7pm and was told not to (which is understandable) so I apologized and tried my best to not to text after 7pm, there needs to be a level of responsiblilty they take for how they treat parents here. I guess they never heard of "the customer is always right" rule. Another issue with this day care is a new parent who came to the day care asked my mother(when my mother was allowed to pick my child up) how did she like the day care and what she thought about it and my mother honestly said "well, honestly we're kinda looking somewhere else" and There was a huge problem with that and i was requested to come to the day care(on my day off) to talk about what happened and that it was unacceptable and that my mother was not allowed to pick up my daughter anymore and when i discussed the issue with my daughter coming home with st on her clothes, she called my mother a liar and said she was dishonest and that my daughter aouldnt have been picked up with poop on her clothes. The employee did offer to change her when she was being picked up but my mother was so frustrated that she just said no ill do it. WELL MAYBE IF U GAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN PEOPLE WOULDNT HAVE TO GIVE BAD NEWS. I dont think my mother was wrong for giving her opinion when the woman asked for it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY PARENT WHO WANTS GOOD CHILD CARE FOR THEIR CHILDREN!
