We were at Kindercare for short term in the toddler room (16months+). If we had been here for long term, I would have been looking for other care as I was not satisfied with the facility. Every time I dropped off or picked up, the kids were sitting around a table eating saltine or oyster crackers. Only two times when I came for drop off or pick up (and I came at varied times), were the children actually playing. As we were there longer, I anticipated that my child would adjust and cry less, but my child ended up crying before we got to the room, in the parking lot, as time went on. This unsettled me. (In her new place, she eased in within a few days). The teachers seemed nice and our child appeared cared for. I was also not thrilled with the foods that were provided, as they often seemed very carb-heavy and not much protein if any at all. Overall, I was not very happy with my experience here and would not return.
