I was very nervous as a first time mom taking my 8 month old to daycare, but my son has thrived in this program! He loves going to school and I feel confident that he’s in great hands. The child care provider is so kind and the kids all love her. I’m lucky to have found her!

I am so thankful for this home daycare! My son is 14 months old and I can tell he enjoys being able to have fun during the day with the other kids. What I appreciate most is that the caregiver always has a smile, is intentional with updating me and my wife on our son's progress and is always willing to try new things to help him feel more comfortable and continue to grow.

The owner and her wonderful staff are amazing caregivers. My son loves going to daycare and seeing all of his friends! I am so grateful that we found her. I couldn’t imagine my babies being watched by anyone else. She is high energy, caring, detail oriented and very positive! We love this Family Child Care and highly recommend it to families!

We loved the owner and her assistants so much! The treated my son like family for the 3 years he was with them. We loved the structured set up of the room, with kids having cubbies for belongings, since it prepared them for preschool. He was always super happy when picked up, and playing with other kids. I could not recommend her more - she is loving, caring and very knowledgable. As a first time mom, she was also a great resource - having all of the experience with littles.

The logistics and communications are clear from Kingstowne Park Village Playhouse. My child is 14 months so she does not have the language to express she enjoys being there however, during drop off she quickly crawls to join her friends in play. During pick up, I can peer into the glass doors and often see our child playing, listening to story time or enjoying an afternoon snack provided by the facility. Occasionally we receive photos of our baby enjoying her day at school and once when she was not feeling well we were immediately notified and given detailed description of her symptoms. The provider and staff are great childcare providers for our family. Our baby is safe, cared for and receiving age appropriate instruction while at Kingstowne Park Village Playhouse.

This provider is wonderful. She is patient and kind with the children. She has helped my child get rid of his pacifier, nap better, potty train, and eat solid foods. She teaches the kids songs and reads books to them. She loves to take the kids on nature walks on the sidewalk in her neighborhood and she practices letter names, counting, and identifying shapes with the children. Her emphasizes on social emotional learning is most valuable. I appreciate how she listens to the children and teaches them calming strategies when they are upset. During covid, she wears a mask, has the kids wash their hands as soon as they arrive and spends extra time cleaning, parents also wear masks during pick up/drop off and are allowed in one at a time. We have been with this provider since my child was 6 months old and he is now 3. I could not have asked for a better caregiver to watch him while I work. This provider is a gem.

This provider has been wonderful with both of our boys. When we first dropped our oldest off, this provider immediately put our minds at ease, and now with two boys in her care, we have only grown more impressed. This provider makes our boys feel so welcomed and has helped them learn and grow, and always goes the extra mile and builds strong lines of communication. After three years, we couldn’t be happier and recommend her without reservation.

We love this provider and all of the workers at this Family Child Care! Our daughter has learned so much over there, and really enjoys going (and sometimes doesn’t want to leave!). They are very patient and work with parents on their child’s growth. Anything that we are teaching at home, they try to reinforce with our daughter, such as learning the alphabet and starting potty training. We absolutely recommend this Family Child Care, and highly recommend them!

Immediately upon entering the daycare I could feel the presence of love and comfort. The owner is such a wonderful and pleasant person who you can tell truly cares about your child welfare. Her assistants are so nurturing to the children and every time I drop my little one off she is happy to see them. Upon my first impression of the day care I noticed how clean and organized everything was. It is like that every single day from when I drop my daughter off until I pick her up. The children look up to and highly respect the owner. My daughter has been under her care for almost 3 weeks and she loves her! When I pick her up she is always happily playing with the other children. I'm always informed of anything that happens throughout the day. I highly recommend this childcare service to those in need. She's simply great.

Our daughter started with this provider at 12 weeks upon my return to work. I could not have asked for a kinder, more loving, educational, safe (and I could go on) environment for her. She not only was a daycare provider, she was an extension of my daughters family. Our little girl learned so much, from educational material to social skills. She was also helped to me, as a first time mom, during transitions to schedule changes such as few bottles per day, adding solids, dropping a nap, etc. I cannot offer enough positive feedback for this daycare and would recommend it to anyone looking for top notch/reliable care for the precious little ones.
