Message From The Owner:
I’m the owner and main caregiver of this nurturing child care and preschool program. Taking care of children is my full-time job and I absolutely love it! I am flexible and willing to work with you to accommodate your schedule and special circumstances in order to provide the best care possible for your child. I also offer a very affordable rate for the area, and in the unlikely event that you find lower rates, I will do my best to match them, if possible and within reason. I guarantee your child will be happy under our care and you will be more than satisfied with our home, loving approach to child care, and overall service. We will provide you reports daily regarding your child; and you can consult with us by phone or in person any time for questions, concerns, etc. As a mother myself, I thought about the "peace of mind" qualities and assurances I would be looking for in a child care provider, and that's what we have incorporated into my own child care service.
Philosophy:
Each child is unique in their own way, so we’re allowing them to learn at their own pace and through a tailored approach. I engage my little students in educational activities, such as tracing, shapes, crafts, singing songs, and sensory activities for infants. Our program focuses on boosting their confidence through positive feedback and rewards. We believe that success and growth come from encouragement and praise.
Program:
Windsor Estates Schoolhouse is a Play-based learning program with lots of fun and educational activities that fosters socio-emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Activities include arts & crafts, singing, dancing, drawing, reading, story time and much more! We’re open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We provide full-time and part-time care for infants as young as 6 weeks, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years old. Please contact us through CareLuLu to schedule a visit! I look forward to meeting you and your little one in person :)

My husband and I endured such a hectic couple of months when we moved across the country to Virginia, but we were so relieved that our daughter was safe and happy at this facility. She enjoyed telling me all about her day and friends. I am very thankful to have found this daycare during such a stressful hectic time!

With trepidation we handed over our first born at four months old. Two years later, when our second child, we couldn't wait to hand him over to this daycare without thought. If you want someone to care for your child as a caring aunt or family member, you've come to the right daycare. Once as l was dropping off my kid, she "diagnosed " our oldest (correctly) as having hand, foot and mouth disease--right from the door! She is always miles ahead of any issues way before you even pick it up. One thing: pay attention to recommendations she makes. You will save yourself a lot of heartache. When our kids "graduated," she actually put a gown on them for their last days! When both children left her daycare, l think it was much harder on us parents than the kids! My wife and l look back fondly to the years with her as some of the most special, formative years for our boys. Consider yourself lucky to have found her.

Our Son, started at childcare with this caregiver when he was 3 months old (April 2019) and stayed in care (pretty much through COVID) until he was 3 ½ (August 2022). She came referred to us by 2 coworkers that had both sent their daughters there, and I thought their daughters were the smartest little girls! Throughout the 3+ years my son was with her there was never a day that I doubted the care and love he was getting! She taught my son to be a well behaved, sweet little boy, to share with his friends, and to follow rules, and to grow big and strong. She helped get our son on a great sleep/nap schedule (when it was time to potty train, she helped us though that as first-time parents) and communicated greatly with us over the years if there was ever anything she noticed with our son. I cannot speak more highly of her, and our family is so grateful for her! We recently gave birth to another baby boy and had full intent to send our 2nd son back to her, until we got notice we were moving away out of the area. Infant care like her is not something you find with every childcare provider (I have now learned that moving away), she loves all children that walk through her doors, all her babies/kids (and families) truly become her family. The Bailey family loves and misses her!

Top notch in-home daycare! My son attends this in-home daycare and since day one, he has been cared and tended with the utmost care and love. My son is always upbeat when he sees the caretakers and the other children --- the sense of community and family that is fostered is so comforting. I always know he's in very very good hands. The provider is very caring and communicative, so I never have to guess how my son's day went, which always gives me a peace of mind. Highly recommend!

We are first time parents and were concerned with sending our daughter to daycare. We toured a few daycares and by far felt most comfortable with this caregiver. Our daughter seems happy and we are so glad to be able to send her here.

My kids love it there. They are being taught well and learning a lot, everyday they come home and tell us what they did or learn and how much fun they had. My wife and I are very pleased, we couldn't have asked for a better place. We fill safe with them, teachers are great, facilities are amazing nice and neat. My kids talk about them for hours after we go home and can't wait to go back the next day. They bring their work home everyday and show us what they learned that day, or the songs they sung and remembered and can't wait to come home and share it with us. We love it and so do our kids.

After having a bad experience at a previous daycare, we visited and started coming here within a couple of days. We were nervous our shy kids would have a hard time with the transition but they have made our kids feel welcome, loved, and safe. They are learning so much and look forward to showing us their lessons every day! The nightmare that brought us to them seems like a blessing in disguise and we’re so lucky to have them watching after our kids while we work.
