Lil' Explorers is a year-round center in Bakersfield, CA. We are open from 6:00am until 6:00pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 10 years old. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care, including drop in care. We also have summer camp, as well as before and after school care for children up to 10 years old. We provide meals and offer a peanut and tree-nut free environment. We use a play based curriculum. At a minimum, our teachers have a Child Development Associate degree. My son has been attending Lil Explorers pre school for the past two years. Previously my teenage daughter as well. Both times I have been extremely happy with the staff, learning, activities & safety of this facility. It has helped my children grow academically and making friendships. The staff is the highest quality! From the receptionist, teachers and management. We will sure miss everyone as today is my child's last day, he is now moving on to elementary. I would highly recommend to any parent this pre school! It is the BEST! Thank you all for what you do!
