Don't go here!!!!!
They asked us to pay a holding fee, which isn't uncommon for daycares to do, but we paid it (which added up to be $1000) before we even started. This was a promise to hold our spot. 1 month after receiving care, we received a 3 day notice that they needed to drop their numbers for ratio because the husband would no longer be there.
It was non-negotiable to get that holding fee back. She thought it was okay to kee that money!!! Money that was meant to specifically hold a spot for us. The holding fee is meant to protect daycares soig parents back out, they don't lose out on that money. Well, what about when the daycare provider pulls something like this??
After only 1 month of care. So for one month of not great care for our baby boy, we paid them $2,200.
When he was 2-3 months old, he would often only have one-4 ounce bottle the whole day at her daycare. Without much concern or explaination of why that happened!!!
I can't really give a review because the communication was horrible. I never knew how his day was. She would say he didn't eat or he was fussy, without an explaination!!!
