If there was a negative star rating it would be perfect in this situation. PARENTS BEWARE!!;
My 3 month old daughter went here exactly 2 weeks. Every morning, I dropped off a clean, well dressed, happ, jovial baby, and every afternoon I picked up a half naked, filthy, disheveled, disoriented baby. There were
many red flags of neglect I don't even know where to start! First off their "COVID" rules forbade and parents from entering the building so you could not drop your child off or pick them up and see they're classrooms, or see and talk to on a daily basis. There is zero transparency as to where your child is, or who's caring for them. Mind you none of the staff or children wear masks and move freely in and out of the building but apparently only parents pose a risk of COVID transmission. I'd wait 10 to 20 minutes in the burning sun waiting for them to scramble from God knows what was going on to bring me my baby all while listening to the teachers scream at the older kids "be quiet!" "be quiet!" "be quiet!" So you can't ask any questions regarding your child's care because the women at the door are clueless and just shrug their shoulders or don't speak English and look at you with a blank stare, and when you press for an answer on anything like why your baby's is dirty and has black stuff and dried milk in her neck, or why your baby isn't wearing a bib or pants when you packed s several extras, or wny your baby is rashy, or scratched, or disoriented they immediately catch an attitude with you. You would be referred to a daily sheet which the teachers never wrote any info on except naps, feeding and diaper changes but they were consistently incorrect as they'd write 3 feeding but there would be 4 empty bottles sent home with no explanation. I voiced concerns for days that fell on deaf ears. And when I abruptly called asking the director for a refund on next week because her last day was that Friday, she agreed without ever even bothering to ask why. Then they stole an extra can of formula I brought her and refused to return it. They gave back one empty can, even though before I announced our departure they never told me she was low or needed formula. All and all a terrible experience. I cried every day having to bring my baby there until I could make other arrangements. Do yourself a favor and keep your kids away!!!
