Walney Montessori Home, Chantilly

This home daycare is a blessing. Our son has learned a lot from the daily lessons and a lot of social skills when communicating with the other kids. Teachers are wonderful and are very caring of our child.

We love the care, empathy and love given by her and her team to our daughter! Thank you for everything!

We are so pleased with this child care program. We were initially anxious in selecting a day care for our daughter, but as soon as we met the owner, our worries were put at ease. The facilities are organized, clean, and intentional. Although I do not see the day-to-day curriculum, our daughter has grown immensely since starting here and in the short communications with staff, I can see that they encourage and support her growth. One of the best parts of this daycare center is the bond they have created with my daughter; she absolutely loves both daycare adults and I can tell that they love her just as much. It puts me at ease knowing that she is in a loving and safe environment; there truly is nothing better. My one wish would be more overall communication between daycare and home. It would be nice to be kept apprised of what she does on a day-to-day basis (i.e. what are they learning, what did they do, incidents that need to be addressed at home, etc.), and I do wish they had cameras that families could log into to see what their children were doing. This would especially have been helpful those first few months just to put my mind at ease. I also would love for my daughter to bring home any activities/art that they created that day, this would help us feel as though daycare was an extension of her natural day and help us see what she's learning so we can support that at home as well. Lastly, it would be nice to know what she is eating at day care. We still pack her breakfast, but I am unsure what she is eating for lunch and/or snack. Again, this all falls under communication. All-in-all, you will be pleased with this daycare knowing that your child is loved and well cared for, coming home happy and smiling!

My son started going to this day care center since he was 11 months old. He loved it as a baby and now at 3 he still gets excited everyday in the morning going to this center. I have only good things to say, they really care and I know I can be at peace while Im at work leaving my child here. Thanks to this provider and Team for taking care of Kiaan !

The provider and her team are great! They're very responsive, patient, and so great with our kids. They will text us videos and pictures whenever there are special events. I also appreciate the provider with her flexibility when I've had to run late due to work meetings. I have a peace of mind knowing that my kids are in very capable hands whenever I drop them off. They are always excited to go to "school" and runs inside with barely a look back to wave us goodbye. Thank you, to this provider and Team, for taking such good care of our kids.

My daughter attended this montessori full-time around 2 months of age until 2 years old. She learned so much from her daycare provider and assistants. I loved how they taught her how to clean up after herself, to share, dance, sing etc. They were truly engaged in my daughter’s overall development – they helped shape her into this little amazing person. As a new parent, the daycare provider and assistants made me feel at ease while I was at work. I knew my daughter was in safe and loving environment – a second home. I’m so happy that my husband and I went with this daycare even before my daughter was born – that’s how impressed we were!

This provider and her staff are very welcoming, so the daycare really feels like a second home for the kids. Everything is always very clean and organized with lots of space for the kids to play. I chose this daycare for the Montessori teaching strategies they use and I am very impressed. I would highly recommend this childcare program.

This is a wonderful program and we have had such a great experience. The provider has a great setup for the kids to learn and play, and she is so accommodating and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this childcare program.
