Our experience was horrific. We did not feel our child was safe at all. The neighborhood is crime ridden, and has an unsettling amount of registered sex offenders. Drug exchanges, and dumpster diving, etc. occurs within sight of parking lot. We had no idea until we started pursuing all the red flags, as we did not live in/near Cocoa. We were required to knock on front door where eventually someone would answer by poking a head around the door. The child was taken in at that point and parents were not allowed to go inside, observe, and we could not figure who, if anyone was doing anything at all. We found owner to be manipulative, deceptive, and not worthy of our trust, or child. Please parents, do your research. We are nowhere near the only concerned parents. Research complaints, investigations that have occurred, and are ongoing. Your child is worth it!!!!!
