Would not recommend bringing your children to this center. The directors completely disregard any concerns that you may have. My daughter attended this facility for just a few months and it was an awful experience. The first incident was where a teacher left my daughter in the same diaper for 7 hours. When I brought this concern up to the director she didn’t see this as a big deal and blew me off. They said my 2 year old daughter was checked every hour and did not wet her diaper. Yet when I got there to pick her up at 2:45 her diaper was completely soaked. The director Cynthia told me I was petty for bringing up concerns and suggested I pull my daughter out. The next day I started getting papers stating when my daughter was changed. Next concern: I walked in to drop my daughter off to see her teacher sitting in a chair. No gloves. Calling the children up one by one to change their diapers. While they were standing up!!! She didn’t wipe them and re applied another diaper. She didn’t wash her hands in between changes and she didn’t wash the children’s hands in between. When I brought this concern up I got the same reaction I got the first time. Parents bringing up concerns seem to bother the directors and she blew me off again. They made me feel like I was bringing up unnecessary concerns and that if I had concerns that I need to take my daughter out. I didn’t feel like this was good enough so I called the state to inform them of these issues so they can be solved until I could pull my daughter out. This was Friday. The following Monday I got a call from the director telling me to not bring my daughter back. Come to find out it was because the state did an unannounced visit to check the facility right before the director called me. So if you’re thinking about bringing your child to A Waller... Keep looking.
