One full-time, over 18 months immediately. I have chosen to not participate in the new 'rating' system developed by the State of Michigan. Although I laud their desire to use this system to enhance the experience for children in care, I feel that my experience over the last 25 years constitutes a strong statement to excellence in providing care to children. I continue to meet or exceed the training and safety requirements of the state.
