Edith Roberts Family Child Care, Edgewood

I used to go to Edith Roberts “Ms. Sissy” when I was younger from the age of 2-8 years old. I just want to say that this woman was PURE EVIL. I’ve never met a more disrespectful, ugly, bitter, miserable person in my now 24 years of life. She was both verbally and physically abusive to me. I suffered severe anxiety, depression and PTSD while in her care as a child. I’ll never forget the time this evil woman shoved toast down my throat at the age of 4 years old or the time she forced me to eat oatmeal that I vomited in because I was so sick, the worst part is that there’s so much more abuse I endured from her. I honestly wish she could be criminally charged but I was so young and unfortunately I don’t have any proof of her abuse to me. I would not recommend ANYONE to leave their child in her care honestly not even a dog. Parents please protect your children at all costs and believe them when they tell you someone is hurting them. I’m writing this review for my personal healing and also in hopes of saving another child from the pain I suffered from Edith that no child deserves to go through. Be careful who you let watch your children. God Bless.
