My family and I lived in VA for about 6 months had enrolled our daughter in the 3s Preschool classroom. She adapted well, made friends easily, and learned a lot. She was involved in an incident with another child and that situation was resolved swiftly and professionally, which we really appreciate. There was one teacher, that worked the late shift, who was not very attentive. But she no longer works there so all is well. Every other teacher, the Director, and the Assistant Director, have been wonderful and left a lasting impression on our daughter. Ms Srijana, the Director, is such a great communicator with a warm welcoming personality. Our daughter still talks about her teacher, Ms Violeta, and how she misses reading books, singing songs, and building legos with her. I loved pickup time when all the kids would be dancing and having fun together. This center also did a great job with involving the families by hosting late afternoon/evening events. Thanks for the good times!

Kinder care is one of the best schools I've tried for my daughter every thing is excellent Management,Parameters, Cleanliness. We have been here fow almost 8 months and we have had an exceptiolal experience!

Our daughter attended Lee Highway KinderCare for several months. We had to move to a different state for a job or we would have kept her in longer. I can only speak to our experience, but overall it was good. Our daughter was three and turned four while she attended. I think she learned a lot there and made some friends that she still talks about.

I wanted to love this school because it was close to our home and the Director initially seemed kind. However,it was literally our worst nightmare. If I could give negative stars, I would. In sum, a teacher shoved our 3 year old daughter to the ground and, to my and my husband's horror, the administration covered it up. Luckily, our daughter is verbal and was able to relay the details of what happened to her. My daughter attended this location for a brief period of time (less than 3 months) this summer. One evening, she reported to me that she was shoved to the floor by another teacher (whose name I later learned was Ms. Gabby), that she had been crying, and was consoled by another teacher whom she did not know. I reported the incident to the school and demanded to meet with those in charge. First, to my horror, the administration was aware of the incident and decided not to mention it to myself or my husband (in contrast to their stated policies and procedures). Second, between the time that I alerted the school about the incident and was able to meet with them, I was given literally three different (and inconsistent) reports about what transpired. Third, without so much as speaking to my child - the victim of the incident - the school closed the matter after determining that they could not "substantiate" the allegation. The teacher who shoved my child to the floor is still employed there. I reported this incident to the corporate office and nothing was done. This may be reflective of a larger problem but I have not done enough research on this. It is sufficient that this particular location is wholly unacceptable. Putting the above-incident aside, prior to this incident, I was also concerned that teachers had been showing movies to my child without my notice or permission (we do not generally place our child in front of television as a means of entertainment) and were declining to take the children outside when it was appropriate to do so.

Discontinued bussing to/from my daughter's elementary school due to "logistical" reasons. The almighty dollar reigns supreme here, not your child.
