Toddlers Ink LLC

My daughter was enrolled at Toddlers INK for less than a month when she was around 9 months old. She was only present for about 3 hours a day. Every day I came in to pick her up the teachers would meet me at the door with my daughter in hand ready to go, and every day she would be crying or so exhausted from crying that she would fall asleep before we got to the car. I thought it wasn't that big of a deal because kids cry, and I had worked in child care before so I know that towards the end of the day kids get fussy. But one day I had a feeling that something was off about the facility. so I parked where they could not easily see my vehicle from the window. I avoided windows when walking to the front door. As I approached the door I could hear my childs cry from outside. So I rushed in the door to find her lying on the floor in the infant room with the door closed and the lights off just screaming and I can only imagine that she was terrified. Meanwhile, it was clearly nap time because all of the lights were off and the older kids were sleeping on their cots in the front room. ALL of the teachers were sitting in the front room on their phones doing absolutely nothing. This means that ALL of the children who were either in the toddler room or in any other classroom were also unattended. PLEASE if you care about the wellbeing of your child, especially if he or she is an infant or toddler DO NOT choose this child care facility!
