Meet Our Staff
Welcome to Deer Park Bilingual Children's Den, our licensed daycare and preschool located right off W Deer Park Rd, in Gaithersburg, MD. I’m the owner and director of this family childcare program, and I'm a proud mom of two. I have a decade of experience in early childhood education, and a Master's degree in Economy. Assisting me are two moms, each with 10 years of experience and a Master’s degree —one in Law and the other in Mathematics.
Together, we provide a loving, safe, and high-quality learning environment for your children. Deer Park Bilingual Children’s Den isn't just a childcare facility; our goal is to become an extension of your family. We strive to create a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages growth and exploration.
Our Facility
Our home-based facility operates out of a cozy single-family house, and it is specifically designed to cater to your child's needs. The childcare space is located on the ground level for ample natural light. The facility includes a separate nap room, a multipurpose room for diverse activities, a library corner to foster a love for reading, and an indoor playroom for fun and free play. We also have lots of fun play equipment in our fenced outdoor area, so we can enjoy the fresh air when the weather is nice.
Our Curriculum
At Deer Park Bilingual Children’s Den, we believe in learning through play. Children not only develop essential skills through engaging activities but most importantly, they have fun while learning! Also, your child will have the unique opportunity to become bilingual at a young age, since we are a bilingual English and Russian daycare and preschool program. We prioritize individualized attention, ensuring each child receives the care and guidance they deserve.
Our Program
We’re open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We welcome infants and newborn babies, as well as toddlers and preschoolers until 5 years old. We provide both full-time care and part-time care options. For parents of school-agers, we can also accommodate children until 6 years old during vacation and summer (we’re near Summit Hall Elementary School).
Our program tuition includes serving nutritious lunches and snacks, which are all peanut and tree-nut-free. We are trained and equipped to accommodate children with special needs, including autism and diabetes. Location
Nestled in a quiet residential area near Summit Hall Elementary School and just off W Deer Park Rd, our daycare offers a safe and peaceful setting for your child's early years. With easy access to nature and a fantastic playground at Morris Ark, our in-home daycare provides an engaging space for children to thrive. We’re also conveniently located near major roads such as S Frederick Ave (route 355), the I-270, and the I-370, which will make commuting to work a breeze!

This daycare provider is very transparent and allows families into her home to see what the children are doing. She provides regular updates on WhatsApp that show videos of what the children are working on throughout the day. She is a very kind and nurturing woman that fosters an authentic relationship with the children. It’s as if they have their own babushka cooking them borscht, kotletki, and kasha. She provides a full Russian immersion experience and has support from other teacher who teach enrichment classes that include art, music, and language instruction. Our son is extremely happy with her and her daycare so we do not have any complaints and are very appreciative of her exceptional services and the genuine relationship she has with the children.

I can not say enough good things about her. My son has absolutely thrived since going to her daycare. He pushes me out the door to leave and is always happy when I pick him up. She cooks delicious healthy meals-my son eats much better for her than for me. They have weekly art and music classes which my son loves. I’ve never once worried about my son while I’m at work- she so clearly cares about each and every one of her kids and they feel that too.

The owner is like a Russian grandmother for our son. Going to daycare feels like dropping my son off with family. She cooks for the kids and provides healthy meals and snacks. There are Russian languages, arts and crafts and music lessons built into the week.

both of my daughters went to the daycare, and they had an amazing experience for many years. This daycare provides a loving and nurturing environment. there are many activities that keep the kids engaged and provide plenty of indoor and outdoor stimulation. the food was delicious and I could always count that the girls will eat well I highly recommend it for any child.

It is an Excellent daycare with a home atmosphere and professional service. The most important thing is that your kid will be loved here. Both my children were enrolled in this daycare. I strongly recommend this pace.

I highly recommend this family child care. Two of my children were lucky enough to be a part of this close-knit family like day care facility. The owner goes above and beyond to take care of each child's individual needs -to challenge, teach and nurture them. She makes each child feel special. Her activities are so fun the kids do not even realize how much they are learning!! We are so grateful our kids attended this daycare.

Hi, I would like to review and recommend the daycare. My son has attended it from 16 months till 4 years old. My son loved the place, he found a lot of friends, he was always engaged and never refused to go to Day Care since he felt there as home due to friendly atmosphere the owner has created. Also we like that kids had lots of activities such as introduction into Russian, music, art/painting. Sometimes the owner with another teacher had presented to kids the puppet show. We loved the place.
