Welcome to Middlebrook Playhouse in Germantown, my licensed family child care and preschool program. I’m ideally located for your commute to work since I'm right off Middlebrook Rd and Germantown Rd, and only a few minutes’ drive from the Washington National Pike (I-270).

Hi parents, I’m the owner of this intimate and safe in-home daycare program. I’m a mom of 2 kids, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree and CPR & First-aid certifications. I’ve been in the child care and early childhood education industry for a decade. Before opening my own daycare, I started as an assistant at different licensed child care facilities, then later became a teacher. Working with families and children is such a rewarding job, which is why I decided to open my own licensed daycare. I get to see children grow and flourish under my care, and help parents to nurture them!

We have daily activities such as arts & crafts, and I teach them opposites, letters, numbers, shapes, and months. I introduce addition and subtraction early on to develop math skills. There is also a monthly theme for activities and worksheets. We also have water play outside and most importantly, I teach children how to be kind. I maximize my space with Montessori-style centers, including dramatic art and regular art areas. The walls are decorated with educational posters, birthday charts, and children's artwork. Bright carpets and ample sunlight fill the room.

Middlebrook Playhouse offers a Play-based early learning program allowing children to learn through play. I provide full-time and part-time care for infants as young as 6 weeks, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years old. I serve peanut and tree-nut free morning (10am) and afternoon (3pm) snacks to all kids attending my daycare. I’m also open in the summer, and have a fun summer camp program!
