Winchell PEEP preschool is a State of MI Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) at Kalamazoo Public Schools. PEEP teachers have the highest credentials--a 4-year college degree, MI Teaching Certification, and specialization in early childhood education. There are 18 children per class in morning or afternoon groups with 3 adults. The Associate Teacher has a Child Development Associate or the equivalent. The curriculum is high quality. Learning is joyful, intentional, and life changing.
