If I can give 0 stars I totally would. My two year old used to go there . The director was very unprofessional. They are only about the money and are owned by a lawyers office. My son was showing signs of abuse and now if I even leave the room he screams bloody murder. He won't let me change him because he thinks I'm dropping him off at school. When I would pick him up he would act like he's starving and dying of thirst. When I talk to the director about my issues I would be dismissed and be told oh every toddler acts like that. My toddler does NOT ACT LIKE THAT!!!! And I guess a toddler is expected to drink out of a water fountain even in a pandemic. My sons immune system is already compromised by his allergies and now hes expected to drink out of a fountain after other children thats nose is running down their faces ? Not my kid.... this is the best part.... my son is in the ELC program because I'm a single mother and have to work, I pay two weeks in advance and when I told ms. Sue that I was pulling my son she told i wouldn't get my voucher back so I called ELC and Elc put in for a transfer. When I asked for a transfer ELC had to call to make i was paid up. I took pictures of my procare profile which showed i was paid up . She tried to tell ELC I wasn't and then the elc said I have proof she is and were going to go ahead with the transfer. When I called her to get my sons stuff she was completely rude and she took his shot and physical form from his other daycare and refused to tell me that it was illegal then but when I asked for them from her she then proceeded to tell me it was illegal for her to give me my sons medical records. When I got to the daycare, she yelled at me telling me she told me she was busy and she was busy with pickup and there was only two cars ahead of us so my mother and I sat there and waited . Finally she went to get my sons stuff and then threw it out the door on the ground. I got out of my car and picked it up but she ran in the building before I could get there. Then I had to call her to get my sons medical equipment and she threw it out the door onto the rocking chair which then threw them on the floor because it was rocking so fast. All this was done in front of other parents and I was on the phone with ELC. Funny that another parent said to me she's always rude. So if i were other parents I would not put my child here.
