My son suffered from horrible diaper rashes. His bottles were filthy and so was my child. The teachers have their own biological kids in their class room. WIth that being said, when I came to pick up my son from the infant classroom there were 3 boys that were at least 8-10years old spread out on the floor and the little children were in a corner with no where to play. I would send 25 diapers in every Monday but Wednesday I would get notified saying that my child needed more diapers. How is it possible for a child to through 25 diapers in 2-3 days? And why does my child keep getting diaper rashes if he is going through that many diapers? The owner suffers from mental disorders, she went off on me and continued to text and harass me. She would not stop texting my phone. The text didnt even make sense. She was telling me to stop harrassing her but I wasnt even responding. She said I owed her money, when I have proof via text & reciepts that we were current on our payments. I called the state of delaware and reported that when I went to pick up my child, there were over 20 students from infants to toddlers and there was only 1 teacher watching them. It was a mad house. Two kids were fighting each other, at least 5-7 babies were crying. Most of the babies had snot running down there nose. There is proof that there is a lack of child to teacher ratio backed up by and investigation that the states of delaware performed in early 2018. This is public records. I wish I never sent my child to this horrible place. I can only imagine what my son must of went through during these times.
