Comprehensive Child Development, Inc. provides structure and support to 20 licensed family child care homes. These programs are beneficial to younger children (ranging from 4 months old to 3 years old) by providing a home-like environment that supports very young children and their families. These homes allow families and children to create relationships with the providers while receiving the curriculum and support of Comprehensive Child Development, Inc. Our network of homes has received many commendations for quality and several of these providers have received Accreditation from the National Association for Family Child Care. These centers provide high quality early childhood education and care to some of the most disadvantaged children in our communities. The curriculum used by our centers has been selected specially to have the greatest impact on the demographic we serve by being student led and hands-on. Our centers provide freshly prepared meals (breakfast, lunch, and snack) to over 400 children a day. In addition to serving the children directly, Comprehensive Child Development, Inc. also provides support and references to families in order to promote self-sufficiency and raise the quality of life within our communities.
