Cynthia Brown is evil and terrible. She abused my 2 children who were 2 and 3 at the time. I started seeing red flags as my children would come home to me extremely wet, one time I got off work only to come pick my son up and see bruises on my son’s face(mind you Cynthia did not notify me). I walked into a big surprise only for Cynthia to tell me that my son slept on a “toy”. I took my son to the hospital and was told by the doctors that it looked like someone had did it, but I never suspected Cynthia at the time but definitely knew someone did it(perhaps another peer). October 2020 my motherly instance told me that something wasn’t right so I took a spare phone, charged it up and placed it in my children’s diaper bag. The phone recorded 9 hours of my kids at Cynthia’s house only for me to get off work and listened to it only to discover Cynthia’s evil ways. She was heard physically and verbally abusing my children as well as verbally abusing another young mother’s 1 year old daughter. Everyone that was handling the case including Cynthia’s supervisor believed that it was her in the recording but because Illinois is a 2 party consent state Cynthia got away and the case was ruled unfounded. This lady is lazy and uses the state and takes advantage of young mothers. Save your children and do not bring them to this home “daycare”. You reap what you sow and Cynthia will reap what she has sow very soon. I’m glad I was able to save my children and you can too by not taking them to this evil lady. She doesn’t have children of her own for a reason.
