After hearing continuous complaints about poor treatment, favoritism, swearing, yelling, smoking and more I was thinking that the kids were possibly exaggerating but then I received a call from a friend who happened to witness Dawn the owner and provider verbally abusing, screaming and swearing at my children. This woman has no business taking care of children. Have also witnessed Dawn the owner talking bad about other parents and their kids, bad mouthing and making fun of them along with whatever gossip she can pick up. The last thing is the cigarette smell in particularly in the living room due to Dawn and her husband go into the next room and smoke allowing the smoke and smell to flow into the area where the kids are. Totally unacceptable and stay away!
