Rarely followed child/staff ratio. Main door often left ajar. More often than not inspite of security buzzer. Staff were friendly but under appreciated by owner. Owner was not present or accessible to parents/caregivers other than via cell phone vs. on site. Also, owner was not open to constructive feedback. Unfortunately, this is the only "licensed day care facility" in this growing community which includes parents that commute to work.
Recently, numerous violations regarding sanitation - cited by the State Licensing. Not aware of the Corrective Action Plan
