Paula and i agrees that she would be taking my infant 4 months before he was born. Checking in with her throughout the remainder of my pregnancy. 1 month before she was to begin watching him we spoke and everything was great. One week before daycare was to begin i sent her a mesage asking to meet so we can go over schedules. This is when she finally decided to tell me that should took on someone else instead leaving me with no child care. Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional.

I had my four year old daughter attend this daycare for 1 1/2 months, while things at first seemed nice, they quickly went downhill. This happened today:
Now, I had been paying Paula every two weeks, and I paid her 1 week ago for 2 weeks of care, she told me this morning I owed her for two more weeks of care, and I told her that I already paid her for this week. She proceeds to raise her voice at me and insist that I owe her money today. I stood there explaining to her that NO I DO NOT, I paid you 1 week ago. She kept arguing with me, so I left before being late for work. 30 min later she texted me saying I was in fact CORRECT. Now the kicker is she never even apologized to me for raising her voice at me and being so rude.
Now, the worst part is, I found out today that she didn't even alert me of fights that were happening between my daughter and another child because my 4 year old asked her not to tell me. WTF?!?! You don't listen to a child over her parents, you tell the parents so they can act on the situation accordingly! Very unprofessional and not trustworthy!
