At Beginnings Learning Center we strive to give your child the best preschool experience possible. Our curriculum provides a schedule that is familiar and predictable to the child, but not rigid. The sequence of our daily activities will be slightly different, but will always follow a predictable pattern. There will be times to do things together as group and times to work independently as well as times to do puzzles or listen to a story and times to move vigorously. Your child will have the opportunity to initiate activities such as: build a tower with blocks, cut out shapes and paint at an easel. There will also be activities led by the teacher such as learning a new song or listening to a story. Our program builds on the fundamentals of the two-year old pre-school program. We continue to offer children a secure, loving environment, with an established routine and schedule. A planned activity schedule incorporates weekly and monthly themes and is a building block for the process of a structured day. Educational activities and creative play time both contribute to the ideal balance in your three-year olds development.
