Terrible facility. We enrolled my son there and he was there for about six months until we found something better. He is 18 months old now. When I dropped him off in the morning, Dana Bixler, the owner, would scold him for crying and waking up her grandbaby. I would get no assistance in dropping him off resulting being late for work. No comfort for mom or the baby, and no mother likes leaving her baby crying. They complained about every single pair of shoes he had and they were tennis shoes! The workers couldn't manage a one year old taking his shoes off. He would come home in different kids socks. It is a revolving door for inexperienced, young kids to watch other peoples children. They wouldn't supply enough food. My son would come home starving and fussy because he was so hungry. They would call once a week stating he had a fever and when we would rush and get him to the doctor, he had no fever. He would come home with a dirty face every single day like no one was tending to him. Now, after requesting a policy book several times and never receiving it, they are stating the two week notice we supplied in his notebook was not sufficient. They are sending threatening letters home. When I called to discuss this matter with the owner, Dana Bixler, she hung up on me! Not professional at all. They have never once asked why we left, They do not care about the facility or anything, only money. Dana has to pay for that HUMMER somehow I guess.
